Worship Time  9:00 and 10:45

No one should go through life alone.

We hope every member of RiverOaks feels known, accepted and loved. We want you to feel like you would be missed if you were gone.

To help our members develop that sense of connectedness, we have several community groups meeting at various times during the week for spiritual and social refreshment. Some groups focus on spiritual discussions, others feel more like parties.  We encourage you to try any or all of them; find one works best for you. Here is a list:

Borders (91st & Yale)

Lead by Bill and Lisa Boyd, Borders is a fun group of adults ranging in ages from early 20’s through 50’s, all with children from pre-teen to young adults. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month to eat a meal together and reflect on the sermon from the past week.; during those months with a 5th Thursday, Borders treats its members with special, fun events.   We meet at the home of Jerry and Ruth Faltisko. For more information, contact Bill or Lisa Boyd at Borders@RiverOaksTulsa.com.

We exist to provide an environment of reflection, rest and refreshment in the middle of our hectic week and lives. We REFLECT on the sermon each week and how we apply it to our lives. We REST in Christ and what he has done for us. We gain REFRESHMENT from fellowship with each other. We are Borders because we are all in between, “on the border”, of this life we are living and the one we long for someday in heaven.

Jeremiah (121st & Mingo)

Lead by Paul Owens, the Jeremiah Community Group meets for lunch after worship on the 2nd and 4th Sundays each month for fellowship, prayer and discussion of the sermon.  The group is composed mostly of couples and singles with grown children, but everyone is welcome!  Most recently, we have been meeting in the home of Glen & Kay Hall.  For more information, email Glen at Jeremiah@RiverOaksTulsa.com.

Real Together (NEW)

The primary goal of the group is to be real with ourselves and others and in that way magnify God’s grace in our lives. It is expected that the group will foster a level of trust and transparency. Therefore, by design, the group will be closed to new members after the 3rd meeting.
